- The wellness (jakuzzi, infrared cabin) – is open in the summer months
- payment is due on the date of arrival, in cash, or via money transfer for the booked nights.

Cancellation policy:
- 14 nights before arrival – free
- 14-7 nights before arrival – the cancellation fee is 50% of the full amount. This applies to late arrival and early departure as well.
- less then 7 before arrival – the cancellation fee is 100%-, in case we cannot sell the apartment
